In order to maintain the proper procedure followed by a company we have added a best in class approval system. It is super easy to use, a Manager can approve or reject the request with a flick of a button & Medical Representatives can send their tour programs for approval, they can add new doctors, chemists & stockists among many other things, and send them for approval with ease.
Data between the Phone app and Web App is synced every millisecond. The user thus has a seamless experience across multiple devices.
With our high-speed servers, the submission by MR reaches the manager as soon as it is created. Approved entries appear without delay of a second
Tour Programs when Approved automatically is synchronized with the Daily Call Report (DCR), making it easier for MR to select the required fields and not have to go through a large amount of data. This makes the DCR entries flawless and quick helping the MR's spending limited time on accurate reporting.
In case when a MR cannot follow the Tour Program of that particular day, then he can turn on the "Deviate from Tour Program" toggle present at the top while submitting Daily Call Report.
In case when MR meets a Doctor/Chemist, who was not originally in that day’s Tour Program, he can use "Met Additional People" feature inside Daily Call Report to fill up the additional details.
Medorn has found a way to track the activities of the MR Feild activities, without making the MRs uncomfortable and making them feel as if their every step is being tracked both on-field or off-field. We at Medorn understand that GPS can be a great asset in order to understand if the person in question actually visited the desired location or not, but we also know that it can hinder the privacy of the employee.
We have limited the usage of GPS to just dropping a tag which means that MR can visit the location and tag their location with the click of a button.
MRs may or may not fill the DCR at the time of visiting. Thus, the software maps the information of the DCR & the tagged location while viewing the report.
Data is the most crucial asset of any company, and it's easy access and analysis is also very important. This is the reason the user has multiple ways to see the data collected by different people on the field via multiple reports, charts, and access to multiple time frames so that Managers can easily see the data the way they desire. Data is available according to the hierarchy of the company but with the same ease of access.

Adding expense is something that will be very crucial to the MR working on the field as they can face multitudes of scenarios on the field and might have to make different decisions according to that scenario. So in order to make things a little easier for them we have added a certain level of expense automation to the software.
A Travel Allowance as fixed by the Admin (according to the distance) is automatically added in the expense when a MR visits Ex/Out Station. Plus they do have the option to add other expenses manually.
As mentioned before, due to the random nature of the field job we have added the capability to add a Photo directly inside the expanse management tab in order to show the additional expense made by the employee in the field.
Sales are the most crucial part of the entire process. And since sales is equivalent to Revenue and Revenue is equivalent to Money, we have tried to handle this data in as sophisticated manner as we could. We have also tried to show the relevant information to the relevant people keeping confidentiality in mind.
The Primary sales information/entries can only be added through ADMIN ACCOUNT. This information is then reflected on the user's dashboard accounted for the sales.
A secondary sale on the other hand can be added by anyone who made the sale. This data is also shown with respect to the access of doctors, chemists, and stockists they have.
Setting Targets can increase the productivity of an entire company and it also helps to understand the growth of a company. This helps analyze the performance of all the employees across the board. We have added the capability that each manager can add the target for the employees under them with respect to either:
Adding the target by-product helps improve the sales of the products that's low in number. Best-performing products can therefore be pushed to even greater numbers!
Managers can feed a lump-sum amount for the month which acts as the target for the entire month. So, rather than focusing on specific products employees can concentrate on total sales done.
Medorn also provides 'Attendance' as well as 'Leave Request' features within the app. This allows Medorn to offer employee management-like features to the companies that use it. In the future, Medorn will also add HR Management and Salary Management features that will make Medorn a one-stop solution for all pharmaceutical problems.
Attendance in the software is marked via reporting. Thus, the employee doesn't have to mark it manually.
No need to use other apps or email to ask for a Leave Request. The request can either be approved or rejected by the Reporting Manager. Thus the user who made the request is able to see the status.
eDetailing is a feature that helps MR to give a quick brief about the medicines that the Doctor can prescribe. In the past, most MR used to carry PDF or PNG files in order to showcase the medicines their company offered. This way has now become primitive with Medorn's new eDetailing feature. With eDetailing, the MR can access and showcase the files/flyers of different Medicines to doctors right from the App. This also solves the problem of updating the files as the Admin can directly upload a new file into his account and these files will be accessed by the relevant users of the app.
MR can choose the specific medicine for specific doctors. This saves a lot of time of the MR, enabling a productive presentation of the products.
Regardless of the device, the MR can access the file on any device they want to show their presentation on.
Providing Gifts & Samples is a crucial part of MR's work. Proper management of these items is also required as you don't want to miss telling your top-performing doctors that you appreciate their work for you. And to make this process seamless and easy we have added Sample and Gift Management:
Gifts & Samples once added by Admin can be alloted by respective managers or even the admin can directly allot it to anyone. Once they are allotted to an employee, he/she can see the allotted items in the Gift/Sample Management Tab.
When an MR gets a Gift or Sample allotted in his name, he/she can see the Name and Number of that item, later while distributing these items the MR can add the entries as to which doctor he gave that item to.
To make things even better we have added an internal chat system inside the app itself. We know a lot of formal discussions happen over email, but you can use Medorn Chat feature for any or all kinds of quick discussions. This chat feature will give flexibility to the users and ease of texting anyone who works inside the company.
Now you can keep your private chats over on Whatsapp and you can use Medorn Chat feature to chat/text any of our colleagues without the hassle of saving everyone's phone number.
