This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the use of our software Medorn ERP. Please go through the policy to know about your privacy rights as the user of our software.

Our software Medorn ERP is intented to be used by Pharmaceuticals wherein the employees within an organization are managed by the concerned department of the pharmaceutical. The database of the software is managed by Medorn Ventures Private Limited if and only if the user asks us to do so, that is to take a managed services or if there is a query raised by the client which needs attention regarding the database. In such case, the technical team of Medorn Ventures Private Limited checks the database to resolve the query.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for You by the Admin of your organization or someone from the concerned department.
  • Application means the web application and the android application provided by the Company which you can use on your browser from your respective devices, named Medorn ERP
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Medorn Ventures Private Limited, S-03, Tirupati Abhinav Homes, Ayodhya Bypass Rd, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462041.
  • Country refers to: Madhya Pradesh, India
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet or an electronic device capable of using the software.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service refers to the Web Application or the Android Application, namely Medorn ERP.
  • Service Provider means a legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Types of Permissions collected by the Company

A User may have limited access to the Application provided by the Company without accepting permissions on the Application. In order to have access to all the features and benefits on our Application, a User may be required to give all permissions asked by Application. We may collect the following categories of permissions from the Users (hereinafter collectively referred to as “User Permissions”)

  • Location
  • Storage
  • Phone
  • Camera
In order to avail the Services, the Users may be required to grand the permissions, on the Application and such permissions will be stored/disclosed by the Company only in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. We may keep records of telephone calls received and made for making inquiries, orders, or other purposes for the purpose of administration of Services.

Purposes for which the Company may use the Permissions

We will retain User Information only to the extent it is necessary to provide Services to the Users. The Permissions, which we collect from you, may be utilized for various business and/or regulatory purposes including for the following purposes:

  1. Processing the User’s orders/requests and provision of Services (including provision of safe Services);
  2. Technical administration and customization of Application;
  3. Ensuring that the Application options are presented to the Users in an effective manner;
  4. Delivery of proper information and target records to the User;
  5. Improvement of Services, features and functionality of the Application;
  6. Research and development and for User administration (including conducting user surveys);
  7. Non-personally identifiable information, exclusively owned by the Company may be used in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for internal research, statistical Analysis and business intelligence purposes;
  8. Transfer such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates;
  9. Dealing with requests, enquiries, complaints or disputes and other customer care related activities including those arising out of the Users’ request of the Services and all other General administrative and business purposes;
  10. Communicate any changes in our Services or this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use to the Users;
  11. Investigating, enforcing, resolving disputes and applying our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, either ourselves or through third party service providers.

Disclosure and Transfer of User’s Personal Information

We may need to disclose/transfer User’s Personal Information to the following third parties for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use:
Government institutions/authorities to the extent required:

  • Under the laws, rules, and regulations and/or under orders of any relevant judicial or quasi-judicial authority;
  • Under the laws, rules, and regulations and/or under orders of any relevant judicial or quasi-judicial authority;
  • To fight fraud and credit risk
  • To enforce the Company's Terms of Use (to which this Privacy Policy is also a part); or
  • When the Company, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary in order to protect its rights or the rights of others.

If otherwise required by an order under any law for the time being in force including in response to enquiries by Government agencies for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offences.

The Company make all User Information accessible to its employees and data processors only on a need-to-know basis. All the employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of User Information, are obliged to respect its confidentiality.

Non-personally identifiable information may be disclosed to third party ad servers, ad agencies, technology vendors and research firms to serve advertisements to the Users. The Company may also share its aggregate findings (not specific information) based on information relating to the User’s internet use to prospective, investors, strategic partners, sponsors and others in order to help growth of Company's business.

Security Practices and Procedures

The Company adopts reasonable security practices and procedures to include, technical, operational, managerial and physical security control measures in order to protect the Personal Information in its possession from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

The Company takes adequate steps to ensure that third parties to whom the Users’ Sensitive Personal Data or Information may be transferred adopt reasonable level of security practices and procedures to ensure security of Personal Information.

You hereby acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is meant for employees working in the Pharmaceutical sector and thus no one under the age of 18 is applicable to use the App. If malpractices for the same is found, we take necessary actions to ensure that it doesn't happen in the future. We even tell the Pharmaceutical Organization using our service to remove the specific information.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service does not contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You report for any link found in the Service which is not operated by Us, then we take necessary actions and remove the link as soon as possible.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
